Our QMS is certified by the TUV Nord under AS9100:2009, TS16949: 2009, ISO9001:2008,
ISO 18001(OHSAS) & ISO 14001 (EMS) standards.
Process Certifications: NADCAP certification for MPI & FPI
Certified Staff: NAS 410 & Rolls-Royce certified NDT L3 & L2, Certified Quality Representative from Aero OEMs, and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt & Six Sigma Green Belt.
Hampson operates a climate controlled Quality Assurance Laboratory with a full array of inspection equipment that includes CMM (Carl Zeiss Contura Z2), Roundness tester (Mahr MMQ400), VMM ( Micro Vu - Vertex 251), Optical Scanner (TESA 52), and other precision gauges and instruments. Traceability is maintained under robust documentation practices for raw materials, machining processes, outside processes, assembly and all other critical services. Hampson invests heavily in the latest quality inspection technologies, and also in the training of our quality inspectors. Our quality capabilities include:
